Welcoming Declan Bowers to the team

We’re excited to welcome Declan Bowers to the Faisandier team as our newest quantity surveyor. Whether he’s reviewing budgets, forecasting costs, or helping make sense of the numbers, Declan is always looking for smarter ways to deliver value — not just for us, but for our buyers too.

So what does a quantity surveyor actually do? In short, Declan helps make sure every home we build is delivered on time and on budget. He works behind the scenes with our project managers and builders to track costs, negotiate with suppliers, and plan ahead so there are no surprises. His work might not always be visible on site, but it’s a huge part of keeping our projects running smoothly — and making sure we can keep delivering well-built homes at a fair price.
