Every development we take on is more than just a construction project — it’s a chance to support the neighbourhood around it. That means being a good neighbour, getting to know the community, and finding simple, meaningful ways to give back.
While working on our site at 342 Waiwhetu Road in Fairfield, we wanted to support a local organisation doing great work with tamariki in the area. Just a short walk from the site is Epuni School — a tight-knit primary school that’s deeply connected to its community.
We made a financial donation to the school to support their staff and students. The funds went toward their brand-new school turf — an exciting project that will give kids a better outdoor space to play, learn, and connect.
We’re a local developer. That means our work doesn’t stop at the property boundary. The schools, kindergartens, and community spaces nearby are all part of what makes a neighbourhood feel like home — and we believe it’s important to support them when we can.
Our goal is to leave every place we build in better than we found it — not just through the homes we create, but through the relationships we build and the communities we contribute to.
From Taitā to Fairfield and beyond, we’ll keep finding ways to give back. Whether it’s access during construction, a donation of time or resources, or just showing up when it counts — we want to be a developer that does things differently.
At every new site, we plan to support a local school, kindy, or community group. If you know of an organisation doing great work near one of our upcoming projects, we’d love to hear from you.
Let’s keep building something good — together.
