We stick to what we’re good at — and that’s multi-unit housing. It’s our bread and butter. Because we’re not jumping between one-off homes and luxury builds, we’ve been able to really focus on getting the details right. Over time, we’ve refined our approach so we can build well-designed, well-priced townhouses that actually work for modern Kiwi life.
